Done for :iconbelliusmaximus: for his story here: No Greater GiftChristmas Eve had come to the sleepy town of Marshall and most of the townsfolk were curled up warm and tight in their beds dreaming of the magic of Christmas morning.  Kelly Van Buren however was up late in hopes of finding the ultimate Christmas present for her husband Michael.
For years they had tried to conceive a child but had suffered through many miscarriages and failed fertility implantation.  The overwhelming need for them to become parents was threatening to drive their marriage to the brink and it was because of this that Kelly was prepared to make the ultimate plea to the one person she thought could help with their situation.  
Michael's brother Mark, his wife Ariel and two young children were spending the holidays with them so she knew Santa Claus would be arriving at some point to bring the good children their toys and it was Kelly's hopes to plead with Jolly Old Saint Nick to help her.  She sipped her coffee to help stay awake and listened for the te
